Recommended use
To prepare a drink : 100g in 200 ml water. Mix vigorously and enjoy. Training days: take a dose at 10am and one after workout. Rest days: take 100 g between meals around 10 am or 3 pm. Follow the instructions for use. Keep out of reach of young children. To be used in the context of a varied nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Close the jar well after each use. Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
