Eric Favre Lean Gainer is a specific formula based on Whey Protein at a Protein / Carbohydrate ration in favour of Protein.

Recommended use
Recommended use: Training days: take 1 measurement (40g) one hour and a half before training. Then 1 just after the workout to give the muscles the protein needed for muscle development. Rest days: take 1 measure (40g) in a snack at 10am or 4pm. To prepare the drink: 1 flat dosage spoon 40g. Add 1 dose( 40g ) to 200mL water or skimmed milk. Mix vigorously and enjoy.
Precautions for use: Follow the instructions for use. Keep out of reach of young children. To be used in the context of a varied nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Close the jar well after each use. Store in a dry place.
